By accessing or using PulseStock (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by PulseStock ("we", "us").

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements.

Certain features require you to create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pulsestock.app of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Scrape, mirror, or resell sentiment data or any other content from the Service.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security mechanisms.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the operation of the Service.

PulseStock provides AI-generated summaries of publicly available news and opinions. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make. All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are owned by PulseStock or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business use.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that sentiment summaries are accurate, complete, or timely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseStock and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
